I saw more people fired for really simple stuff then anywhere I have ever worked. Nobody coming in there knew the company policies,rules and expectations. Ultimately they were canned for not knowing ! Sad to see such a big company have absolutely no kind of orientation for starters. I too was canned woke up to a message on my answering machine to pick up my tools. Well apparently the supervisor didn't even know why he was firing me just that a team leader didn't like me and that I did good quality work. Guess this is why they have such a big security force and the most disgruntled employees I ever worked with. Funny thing is when i went to pick my tools up they had fired the security guard that morning and the new guy was on the job only couple hours and had no clue what to do.
