How Do You Deal With Difficult People?

Mimzie trips them.

As we were walking in, I opened the door to walk in, but a man was on his way out and nearly knocked us both down as he bolted from the place. How did I handle this? My instincts kicked in and I stuck my foot out and tripped him. I have to say, I enjoyed it.

I wish I’d thought of that. It’s so much more subtle than tackling. Also more socially acceptable.

sure it’s more socially acceptable… but GD it feels good to stick somebody.

Maybe you could trip them after they get up from the tackle.

Actually, the “getting up” part is one things that makes tripping more attractive than tackling. With the trip, I don’t have to go through the effort of getting up myself, which is substantial considering my weight and the state of my knees. Plus there’s the issue of tackling skinny guys and having their tiny little bones poke you.

Tripping just seems so much more efficient and safe.

Plus, if you’re like me and can’t tackle no matter how hard you try…then tripping is the only weapon you carry in your arsenal.
