		<description>Actually, the &quot;getting up&quot; part is one things that makes tripping more attractive than tackling.  With the trip, I don&#039;t have to go through the effort of getting up myself, which is substantial considering my weight and the state of my knees.  Plus there&#039;s the issue of tackling skinny guys and having their tiny little bones poke you.

Tripping just seems so much more efficient and safe.</description>
