Ron Paul Drops Out of Race

I’ll give you a second to make your “he was never really in it was he?” joke here and chuckle.

Finished? Ok.

He’s launching a new project called Campaign for Liberty to keep the rEVOLution going. The site says it’s still in beta–I guess that’s why you have to scroll all the way to the bottom to find the “subscribe to rss” in small print. The “donate” section is working conspicuously well though. Hmmm…

Anyway, check it out. He’s got a message there about his exit suspension from the race and info on what his delegates will be up to at the Republican convention.

  1. So you mean a candidate who made $35M in donations and gathered between 4,000 and 5,000 people at his rallies was ‘never really there’?

    You’re a moron.

  2. NH, uh…did you read the post? I left time for the reader (that would be you) to make they joke if they were so inclined. Check out a few other posts on this site before you making an ill-informed remark like that.

    You’re a moron
I have to let that one stand, however, since it is factually accurate.

    Thanks for stopping by!

  3. Ron Paul’s ideas should live on. Hopefully, some “other” Republicans will pick some of his ideas to put in their own platforms. Maybe the whole party platform will reflect some of his ideas. Anyway, I don’t feel as though I wasted my contributions. At the very least, my part in Paul’s online contributions helped to show that some of us will put our money where mouths are.
