The Real Crisis
As I huffed, puffed, and struggled through a short run at what should be a comfortable pace in cool weather this morning, I had a little bit of an epiphany:
We don’t have a health care problem. We have a health problem.

Here’s an epiphany that I had a couple of years ago: we spend too much time, energy, and resources fixing up old people. I’m 67, so I’m including myself in the group that ties up too much of the health care system.
